Rural Support Trust
Rural Support Trust were using a paper-based system to log cases and client information. This resulted in security issues, limited communication and collaboration, and a lack of reporting.
We developed an intranet-based case management system within SharePoint online and provided RST administrators and facilitators with a simple and secured interface to log the case information from any device and from any location. We also built automated Power BI dashboards for administrators to report on the number of cases and time spent, alongside timesheet reporting capabilities.
We have worked closely with Waikato Regional Trust to demonstrate the capabilities of M365 and changed their perception of using modern tools. We also delivered comprehensive provided training to people with little to no tech knowledge and successfully transitioned them into the digital world. The system has been redeployed to other regional trusts across New Zealand.
