Our focus was to improve user engagement and communication within Classic Group which was using a traditional intranet and emails for any communication with their employees.

Engaged with Classic People and Culture / Communications teams and proposed a 4-stage implementation plan - explore, align, implement, and engage. This was to build a successful modern & intelligent intranet using SharePoint and Viva Connections.

The intranet is built by putting people at the center and it’s informative and personalized - it’s the tool where employees start their workday.
